I do not live in the area and Ed was very helpful lining up trades people to help with some minor work we need to get done. All in all it was a pleasure to work with Ed to get outstanding results!

I found Ed through a friend after having a bad experience with another realtor. He is responsible, professional and knowledgeable. He knows the market inside and out and is a great negotiator. He was always enthusiastic, very patient and never pressured me. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and is always readily available to answer any questions now that I am a Bay Head home owner!

They put in a lot of effort with open houses and showings, they helped us rent our property over the summer, they provided great references for contractors and other professionals, and they even helped us lower our property tax bill. It was truly full-service, and a great experience for us. We also really liked their use of technology, especially docusign, online marketing traffic reports, and periodic beach update emails.

He grew up in Mantoloking and therefore knows every street in the Bayhead and Mantoloking area. He was able to tell us the pros and cons of every street which we would never had known. He is the most professional person we have ever worked with. He is patient, kind, honest, punctual and extremely organized.
